@Thijs, I don't think the fix in Yakkety (1.14.4-1) has this particular
issue fixed. You did fix the PHP dependencies, but as far as I can tell,
bin/memcacheSync.php in the latest version still only does a php5
configuration check. Please reconsider this patch.
