1) Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? ---> No afaik, it started happening immediatly : I tried to make a fresh install thinking about that something went wrong. I already had this problem with Mint 17 ! 2)Was there a prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? ---> No. 3)Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.7 kernel[0]. ---> I did 4) If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'. ---> gonna do that 5)Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed". ---> gonna do that too Thanks in advance.
