@lilianmoraru since the (broken and fixed) packages went into the xenial-proposed repo, only people that actively opted in to test pre-upgrades (including potentially broken ones) to give feedback to the developers will actually get this update. xenial-proposed is nothing that anyone should have enabled permanently, packages get tested, fixed and verified there before they move to xenial-updates. people using a standard ubuntu install where proposed is not enabled will never hit this issue.
