Binary package hint: icon-naming-utils
Epiphany browser uses old-style padlock icons to show security level of sites.
These legacy padlock icons are shipped in epiphany-browser package.
But icon-naming-utils should provvide a way to (compiling packages like
gnome-icon-theme) use new icons: status/security-high.png, status
/security-medium.png, status/security-low.png
