This is equivalent to https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=648419
The backtrace of that bug shows remove_capslock_feedback() instead of keymap_state_changed() because remove_capslock_feedback() is tail-called from keymap_state_changed(). The crash is essentially the same (priv being null), this one dies earlier because in gimp the gtkentry is invisible. I don't know how to reproduce this but it happened three times today, every time while the gimp window wasn't focused and i was typing stuff in the terminal. ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug Tracker #648419 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=648419 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1564697 Title: gimp-2.8 crashed with SIGSEGV in keymap_state_changed() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gimp/+bug/1564697/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
