this is not a useful lanswer: there are situations were you do not want
to use a password for login and then it should also not be used after
suspend.

examples:
- handicapped
- tablett pc

- it is still not possible to display the on-board display during login
and a real keyboard is required to type in the password during login.
this keyboard is not present when you use a tablett!

this was already an issue under feisty and extensive discussion with the
on-board design were held. it seems still not solved (gutsy - updated
oct. 5)
