I personally believe there should be a new scheme to categorize bugs. This one should be categorized as "embarrassing". I am not joking, I really believe categories like that would be very healthy. It would be more easy to identify these kind of bugs if one or a group of developers where dedicated to get Ubuntu more polished. And I believe there should be a group of Cannonical devs payed for polishing the OS. The easiest way to achieve this would possibly be a community driven tagging system.
