Public bug reported: Upgrade tells me it cannot upgrade from 15.10 to 16.04 due to one of three possible situations, but it is sorely lacking in details to help users track down the cause of the problem. All I see is the following:
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade. This can be caused by: * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu I'm relatively certain that cause 1 and cause 2 don't apply. If the problem is due to an unofficial software package, then it should name it or perhaps have a switch to do-release-upgrade to ignore it.
