Public bug reported:

Adding printer HP LaserJet P1102w to Kubuntu 16.04 works, but then the
printer fails to print and no further information is given. Running  hp-
check -t and hp-doctor install additional packages that fix the problem.
Systemsettings should either install the packages itself or tell the
user to do it manually.
