@Michal, Thank you for reporting this bug. In Comment #3, did you have the order reversed? php-mbstring is a dependency problem (resolved in Bug # 1577482, which is pending upload for SRU), while gettext is an issue in the PHP7.0 packaging (as reference in Bug # 1569128)?
