using Yakkety Daily,
When going into All Settings and clicking on Display, the display
options do not appear..
Eventually apport error pops up, and when you try to report it come up
with problem cannot be reported due to obsolete packages
apt, apt-utils, libapt-inst2.0, libapt-pkg5.0, libpam-systemd,
libpng10-16, libsystemd0, libdev1, systemd, udev.
After running updates, this error no longer appears, however when
clicking on diplay, it still doesn't start.
