Thank you, there was not installed cgroup-lite before, and I found CGroup ignore lines in lxd.log. (Can you add cgroup-lite install to your tutorial? https://www.stgraber.org/2016/03/15/lxd-2-0-installing-and- configuring-lxd-212/ )
After I installed cgroup-lite, memory limiting is works. But CPU core limiting does not.
