So it looks like you are getting a failure in Ubuntu 16.04 but success in Ubuntu 15.10, even while both are using the same version of network- manager-openconnect, 1.0.2-1build1. So it's more likely that this is a change in the network-manager package between version 1.0.4 and 1.1.93 (aka 1.2-rc1),
