You have been subscribed to a public security bug by Marc Deslauriers 
(mdeslaur):

After locking either via menu or closing laptop lid and unlocking again,
the complete screen content from before locking is displayed.

User can not interact with the screen, but cursor can be moved. Blindly
typing password and pressing enter unlocks the screen as aspected.
