Please sync dnsmasq 2.33-1 (universe) from Debian Sid (main).
Overwriting Ubuntu changes is fine, as the only Ubuntu change was the
changelog (it was a rebuild). The package builds fine in a clean Edgy
pbuilder. Changelog entries follow:

dnsmasq (2.33-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream.
   * Remove bashism from Makefile (closes: #375409)
   * Added Provides: $named to LSB header in init script.
   * Add --dns-forward-max flag. (closes: #377506)
