Public bug reported: Ubuntu 7.10 tribe 5: package gimp-python 2.4.0~rc3 is broken and cannot be fixed whether by using the synaptic package manager or the command line "sudo apt-get install -f" (as adviced by the system). Consequence is that the update manager does no longer function.
