is supposed to fix the hang on shutdown.  Provided that we are all experiencing 
the "same hang" issue.
Reading this bug #1464917 then referenced #788303 which references #2930 
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/2930 which was merged with #3087 
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/3087

Just need to figure out when systemd 229-5 is stable released to Ubuntu
