Public bug reported:

Older versions of gwenview (I used 4.13.3 from Kubuntu 14.04) stored the path
where files are copied to (F7) or moved to (F8).
Since upgrade to Kubuntu 16.04 and gwenview 15.12.3 the file dialog always
starts in the source directory of the image.
There's a "Rember folders and URLs" config option, but it has no effect on this
issue.

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System ->
About Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Release: 16.04

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or
by checking in Software Center
gwenview:
  Installiert: 4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1

  Versionstabelle:
 *** 4:15.12.3-0ubuntu1 500
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) What you expected to happen
Open "Copy To"/"Move To" dialog box starting in last used destination directory.

4) What happened instead
Dialog box opens with image source directory.
