Public bug reported:

I sent an email using the -b option to add a bcc address.

$ mail -b b...@mydomain.com m...@mydomain.com
Subject: a subject
bla bla bla
bla bla bla
.
EOT

It sent the email to m...@mydomain.com but it sent nothing to b...@mydomain.com.
It's like the -b option is ignored.

** Affects: bsd-mailx (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
