Hi, To all i am still seeing this error, I am a developer for a linux operating system called: The Linux Schools Project. I maintain the client and i am seeing this error when I try and boot the new version i am creating! My output from cat /var/log/syslog | grep pipe, is the same as everyone elses. I hope this is still active, i need to release this os in the next 2 weeks and this is the only thing getting in the way.
