Yes. This uniquely maps to /dev/sdd2 on your system. So you will want to un-comment the line for /boot/efi in /etc/fstab, replacing '/dev/mapper/isw_cacfjebbfc_Volume0p2' with 'UUID=8fb4f0b4-4ab3-4260-914b-639abab26972'; then run 'sudo mount /boot/efi'; then finish your upgrade. Do you recall having Intel Software RAID on this system previously? Can you say how you went about disabling that? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1575305 Title: Ubuntu system broken after upgrade from 15.10 to 16.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shim-signed/+bug/1575305/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
