Public bug reported:

If ubuntu-device-flash gets interrupted (or the internet connection
does), when it is run again, it should continue the previous download.

It's really annoying to be almost done, be interrupted, then have to
start over.

As a workaround, you could go find the url it was downloading (which is
never printed, even with -v) and find the file in .cache, and use wget
-c to resume it manually. But obviously that's not a convenient
workaround.

** Affects: goget-ubuntu-touch (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
