Public bug reported:

1. Originally I could choose the different input method (latin-letter or
EN) by right clicking the icon on the sidebar, now the effect of right
click and left click are the same (it will show the setting of gcin
instead of the list of input method).

2. If you click the icon and choose "choose input method", you can still
choose the input method, but notice the first icon  "EN ctrl-alt-e" is
missing.
