The kernel freeze is approaching. The only suggestion from the devs is
to blacklist the fglrx module. I.e. add a `/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-
fglrx' with the content `blacklist fglrx' and reboot. This will
deactivate 3D acceleration, but give you a working X graphics driver
(which is not possible with free drivers for R500 onwards) with suspend
enabled. That means that you got to decide: suspend or 3D acceleration.
It's possible to switch between those modes by unblacklisting the
driver, loading it, restarting X, and the reverse.
