This is just a debug message: src/core/device.c: log_unit_debug(u, "Dev %s appeared twice with different sysfs paths %s and %s",
So you apparently booted with "debug" or set systemd's debug level via some other means (config file or systemd-analyze set-log-level). That debug message is useful and we'll not remove it. We don't enable "debug" by default for good reason as it produces tons of log output. ** Changed in: systemd (Ubuntu) Status: New => Won't Fix -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1569930 Title: Continuous messages from systemd: dm disk appears twice To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/+bug/1569930/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
