Public bug reported:

Steps:
1) Use dual sim with two sim cards. See system settings for cellular and the
phone numbers.
2) Change one of the sim cards. See system settings for cellular and the phone
numbers.

Actual Result:
1) Shows two different phone numbers and sim ids (let them be A and B)
2) Shows two different phone numbers and sim ids (let them be A and B)

Expected results:
1) Shows two different phone numbers and sim ids (let them be A and B)
2) Shows two different phone numbers and sim ids (let them be A and C)

So the bug escalates to the messaging app as well as to the call app.
The phone is now useless with the new sim card and the new phone number.
Could some one tell me how to force a reload of the sim card info via
console.

And yes, I have ran the latest updates and rebooted several times.

** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
