Ensure that PK values don't default to NULL
MySQL 5.7 is stricter by default; ensure that the primary key
of cisco_csr_identifier_map does not end up with NULL default
otherwise the migration step will fail with:
'All parts of a PRIMARY KEY must be NOT NULL; if you need NULL in a key,
use UNIQUE instead'
