Yes.  I removed it via Edit/Preferences/Calendar and Tasks/Calendar
Publishing.

Interestingly, if I disabled the calendars by unchecking them, if I
closed evolution and restarted it, they would be re-enabled.  Like I
said though, I completely removed it and could still trigger the bug.  I
know it's gone because I no longer see the 'Couldn't open
dav://jail.strandboge.com/calendars/jamie: Generic error' message in
.xsession-errors.
