* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #1560148). Remaining changes: - debian/openipmi.init: Change lockfile path. '/var/lock/subsys' does not exist in Debian. (LP #722770) [ typo in changelog entry previously ] - Fix up packaging to install and use /etc/default/openipmi.
