one problem, generating the upstream tarball with git archive gives me a package that has this lintian error:
E: php-opencloud source: source-is-missing doc/_templates/sphinx_rtd_theme/static/js/modernizr.min.js This file already exists in the old version of the source, but for some reason lintian doesn't complain about it there.
