The SUSE release manager asked in nm about releasing before May1st.    Plan is 
for rc1 in about 2 weeks or less.

In the past we have included some key projects beta or rcs and then
SRUed the final version in.  Could this be a candidate for that instead
of creating a contingency plan for it not releasing before 16.04 release
day?
