Could you attach your /etc/pam.d/gdm-autologin to the bug? I didn't patch the Ubuntu one because it was asking for an extra password so you shouldn't get pam-keyring used at all on Ubuntu when using autologin at the moment. Are you sure you didn't change your configuration?
