Public bug reported: r1888
Many of the community members complained about not being able to see the inherited properties of a component. This is the cause of two problems: - People don't know that some properties exist at all - The more adventurous have to visit the documentaion of the "parent" components and look for properties there. This is very annoying and confusing for app developers, and makes it harder for them to discover all the features/properties that a component provides. NOTE: this is a bug in the Online documentation. The Offline version (the one also used in QtCreator) already provides the link. ** Affects: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu) Importance: High Assignee: Michael Hall (mhall119) Status: Confirmed ** Changed in: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => High ** Changed in: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Michael Hall (mhall119) ** Description changed: r1888 Many of the community members complained about not being able to see the inherited properties of a component.
