I don't know how to restart Networkmanager propably, but i tried a /etc/init.d/networking restart.
I don't think it's restarted. But anyways Andy Baxter sent me a workaround that actually works. If you disable Networking from nm-applet before suspend, and re-enable it on resume, all connectivity is resumed.
