"A problem with an essential hardware component " , "Impacts accessibility of a core application" -> High "Crashes the entire operating system" -> Critical The only circumstance for making it l"ow" is uncommon hardware, but I wouldn't agree as it's laptop with native Ubuntu support and it's userbase is greather than for other devices http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-13-9343-laptop-ubuntu/pd So please at least set an average of those importances.
