Theme changes will fix csd windows under metacity or mutter, but will cause
problems in both compiz sessions - flashback & unity. Because of margin
there will be black border. You can try:
- add .window-frame { margin: 10px; } in ~.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css
- open polari or any other csd window that is not patched to use ssd
