Public bug reported:
With the latest rc-proposed image, #382, audio recording from the
camera-app doing video recording and from the messaging-app doing memo
recording no longer functions.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open camera-app and begin recording a video
2. Record for a few seconds and make some noise that it can record
3. From the camera roll, tap the new video so that it plays back
4. Notice that only the video was captured
** Affects: pulseaudio (Ubuntu)
