Nah, the important stuff in that new Debian upload is already included
in the lo-dicts source in the PPA, so rebasing wouldn't be worth the
extra work. We'll still be able to truly sync after the Xenial release,
so let's stick with what's there now.

I just uploaded language-selector, and asked for assistance with the
other packages.
