Yep.
Nothing special.
Just aptitude install the latest kernel headers, build essential and 
ncurses-dev (so you can compile everything), download alsa-libs, alsa-utils, 
alsa-firmware and alsa drivers from www.alsa-project.org; and "./configure; 
make; make install" everything on the following order (thats imporant): libs -> 
utils -> firmware -> drivers.
Reboot, umute and set all volumes with alsamixer and there you go. :)
if it doesnt work, try adding "options snd-hda-intel model=toshiba 
probe_mask=1" (or model=acer, if you got an acer laptop) to 
/etc/modprobe.d/sound (and rebooting again).
