Public bug reported: I'm using an Ubuntu OEM image on the Dell Precision 5510. After unboxing and applying all updates (running apt-get update/upgrade multiple times), if I suspend the system, when it comes back, networking shows as "disabled". The network interfaces however are still up. Once I kill the NetworkManager process, networking comes back.
