Public bug reported:
When midisnoop is set to listen a jack-midi port, and multiple events
arrive in the same frame, midisnoop reports only the first one. This can
be tested by hooking up jack-keyboard to midisnoop and then clicking a
note and dragging the mouse to the neighboring key. The dragging sends a
noteoff event for the initial key and a noteon for the neighboring key
simultaneously. midisnoop reports only the noteoff -event.
