Public bug reported:

It seems that ppp, pppconfig and pppoeconf can be dropped from 'standard'. 
They are in 'ship' and 'ship-live'.
I'd also even suggest that we can / sould put them in server-ship.

But it does not seem like they are very necessary in a standard install
at this point.
