Hello Oibaf, or anyone else affected, Accepted llvm-toolchain-3.7 into wily-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/llvm- toolchain-3.7/1:3.7-2ubuntu4 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
