Download archive with font ( http://casopisy.skauting.cz/download/manual.zip ). Open it by double-click (in Gnome archive manager.) Files from "manual.zip/pismo/TheMix Basic_CE_Plain_&_Bold/" (TMxCEB7.pfb/.pfb/.afm … ) copy to "/usr/local/share/fonts/myfont".
