Cesare Tirabassi: Thanks for the pointers.  I agree this is a better way
of doing it.

Here's a new patch that bypasses install-kde-icons and uninstall-kde-
icons.  It may not be perfect, but I still believe it is better than the
old idea which was actually causing duplicate files of the same name.
