Update to gutsy beta now with kernel (Ubuntu 2.6.22-12.39-generic). The Issue remains, I attached my dmesg output. When I tested the prereleases of Feisty I had similar problems. If I remember correctly it turned out that some Intel patches where not applied to the kernel. https://launchpad.net/linux/+bug/93331
