Public bug reported:

initctl: Unknown job: couchdb

Above message appears in installation output. There is no
/etc/init.d/couchdb. I can't run couchdb.

I expect `apt-get install couchdb` to install and start a couchdb
instance.

Instead I have the package installed, but no couchdb running, and I
can't start it.

14.04.
