The dtc package no longer exists in any supported release in Ubuntu.
I'm sorry this bug didn't get addressed for you before. But since
there's no action that can be taken in the dtc package now (as it
doesn't exist), let's mark this Won't Fix so as not to mislead anyone
into thinking that it can be looked at.
If this is incorrect and the bug actually belongs to another package,
please re-assign and set back to New. If you need help with this, please
contact #ubuntu-bugs on Freenode.
