I say you can't expect to use a program *internal* (=> /usr/lib/pbuilder/) lib at your will and expecting the program to support you. Also, you really don't want it: really aptitude is not used on the host but only on the chroot, and if you manged to use pbuilder-satisfydepends-aptitude and calling aptitude on the host you're doing something terribly wrong.
