20freaking15 (that's two years and 3 months and after the start of this thread) and this bug is still happening. My windows are still going under the panel on KDE 5.4. Man, I left KDE in favor of gnomeshell 3 years ago because of stuff like this. It's 2015, I really wanted to give KDE a chance but your stuff is so unstable. I like KDE more then Gnome but in the month I've used KDE, I've had more bugs then I had in the last 3 years of using Gnome Shell and I started using Gnome Shell because KDE was unstable 3 years ago at 4. Guys, stop adding new features in KDE and iron out those bugs instead. The value you add by putting these new features get negated by all the bugs that aren't being addressed. This bug isn't even the worst example of old bugs completely unresolved, I got bugs on my 2015 distro that I've found bug reports from 2011. They got ignored, flagged as unconfirmed.
